We accidentally placed an online mail order and drove to the store to pick up our orders. The employee did a wonderful job of assisting us with creating a new order in store. He was very helpful and polite. We will certainly be using Office Max again.

The service here was abysmal. The woman working the register on May 18, 2026 literally scowled the entire interaction. Maybe she's got RBF, but then quit resting and put effort into a smile. I would've rated just 1 star, but I found the item I needed.
