Warning: Stay Away from Intelligent Office - Bloomington As an original tenant who has endured five years at Intelligent Office - Bloomington, I feel compelled to share my nightmarish experience under the new ownership. What was once a decent workspace has transformed into a cesspool of incompetence and unprofessionalism. Understaffing is rampant, especially at the reception, resulting in subpar services. Calls are dropped without notice, reflecting a blatant disregard for professionalism. Mail services are a joke, with consistent errors causing delays and frustration. Neglecting the water filter for over a year raises serious health concerns. The extended downtime of phone services resulted in me suffering financial losses. The receptionists' negligent attitude only exacerbated the problem. This, coupled with the unprofessional owner and a manager who could be described as nothing less than vicious, has led to an exodus of tenants. Having been here since the original ownership, it's disheartening to witness the decline in service quality. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone seeking a professional work environment. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from Intelligent Office - Bloomington. Do yourself a favor and stay the hell away from this place!
