SPACE is a wonderful co-working spot nestled in the heart of downtown Traverse City. Located in a stunning historic loft with beautiful brickwork, stylish furniture, picturesque views, snack-stocked kitchen, and friendly coworkers, SPACE is the ideal spot to work for a day or rent a monthly desk.

As someone who works remotely for a culturally driven company, SPACE has been a great environment to call a second work home. The people here are welcoming, friendly and fun! If you're looking for a place to work short or long-term I highly recommend checking it out.
Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Space has you covered. Conference Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book SPACEs and Conference Rooms for an entire day.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Space.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
