I needed a place to work while in Traverse City for a week, and found 20Fathoms. Day passes are reasonably priced. It's a comfortable office environment with great views. There are plenty of spots for day pass users, including various shared spaces that you can take advantage of to move around and mix things up a little. There's lots of natural light, and there are a couple of phone booths to take extended calls. Free snacks and good free coffee, a reasonably quiet environment, and friendly staff. I was very happy with the overall experience, and would recommend it to anyone who needs an office away from the office for a while.

I purchased a day pass at 20Fathoms because I had a 10am AirBNB check-out but needed somewhere to work for the day. The space had exactly what I needed! Fast wifi, comfy furniture, plenty of space, and friendly people! They had some really cool sound proof phone booths which worked great for a video call I had to take. They clearly have a great little community going on here but I didn’t feel like an outsider or an intruder at all, they did a great job of making me feel comfortable while working in the shared space. I would definitely come back here to work for the day if I’m in town again! Highly recommend.

20Fathoms is a fabulous co-working space in Traverse City. The space is modern, bright, and clean; everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming; complimentary snacks and drinks are provided; there is ample free parking; the office is conveniently located near the heart of TC; they host several networking and lunch events monthly; and the view of the bay is beautiful. I have tried several co-working spaces in town and 20Fathoms is simply the best!
