This company has no options to pause your account in cases of hardship or any other options. Criminal that you are locked in no matter the circumstance as well as significant active leaks and mold I spotted and reported to corporate

The Regus Royal Oak office has been one of the most frustrating business experiences ever. They mishandled multiple packages, returned them, and violated USPS regulations, and I was never compensated. I raised this issue months ago, and the lack of accountability since then has been infuriating. The staff here is flat-out incompetent. My concerns were brushed aside, and the office manager told me it wasn’t possible to dispute charges or cancel my contract. Later, another Regus branch confirmed that it was possible, which means I wasn’t just ignored, I was lied to. To make matters worse, the only so-called “compensation” offered was using a conference room for a day or the option to come in and have lunch. Neither of these options benefits my business nor compensates for my financial losses. As a Veteran-owned small business, I expect professionalism and accountability. Instead, I’ve been met with dishonesty, indifference, and incompetence. I strongly warn other business owners to avoid the Royal Oak Regus office at all costs.

My experience at this place was horrible!! This place over charges, they will continue to charge your card every few days and make it hard for you to get your retainer back that they promise to return. I still have not received my retainer as of date and will definitely take them to court over it if they do not return it. The girl at the front by the name of Amir seems lazy and doesn’t always answer the phone when you call. The Regus brand is going downhill. This location is not well maintained, it’s a dump! The female’s bathroom is always nasty, the furniture is old and dirty and the place lacks a decent presence. Horrible!!

The place seemed like a cool spot for work and setting up an office, but I gotta say, the pricing thing threw me off. Saw one price online, then walked in and bam – they hit me with a number that’s several hundred bucks more. Look, it's not about the cash – it's about being straight up. You say one thing online and another in person, and just like that, you've lost my trust. Starting off with a company that pulls this sort of move? Not my thing. Ended up going down the street and signed up for a full year there instead.
