These people are no help at all. I was homeless sleeping in my car while I was perusing a career program in tech, lost my car and job. They couldn’t even help me find a job. Eventually i found a job on my own. Even after registering for work. I’ve done everything to ensure my success working with this organization and the only thing I get is a “AI workshop”. That is not gonna help me make money. You guys suck.
Charles was very pleasant and he even assisted me with a separate claim for unemployment insurance coverage.
3 weeks and still no response from a single person. Our tax dollars at work for ya.
Both members were friendly and helpful in assisting with registering UIA, lady at window, and specialist on the floor.
They are less than useful when it comes to helping people. It was such a waste of time to try and work with these people. I did everything that was asked of me and they still will not help.
