Unbelievably rude customer service. Got screamed at on the phone by a man for a policy that was not referenced any where on the AirBNB listing only hours after booking. AVOID

They cancelled our stay through Airbnb one week before check in because I didn’t agree with their additional terms they “accidentally” forgot to send via email at the time of booking and paying in full. So now I have no place to stay and doubt I’ll find something else within a week. Thanks for ruining my vacation. And they didn’t even have the decency to finish the conversation with me, they just cancelled and said nothing.

Spent the weekend at the Saugabuck house with the family and the experience was amazing. Gorgeous home on the river with all the amenities. Plenty of room for our party of 10 and 4 small dogs. Can’t wait to to spend some more time there! See you soon!!

The place was clean and well maintained. The opportunity to have the kitchen Pre-stocked is a cool idea. We didn’t take advantage of that this time around, but it’s a great concept. We appreciated the local touches—loved the complimentary coffee! I would recommend.
