I came to this facility for BCS certification through the American Heart Association. The receptionist I encountered here at the ChoiceBiz suite for the in-person completion of my course was incredibly rude, bordering on just being mean throughout the entire encounter. She acted as if I was a great inconvenience through the whole process and was incredibly condescending. She did not speak a single polite sentence and was very annoyed by my presence. I am disappointed to see that several other individuals have had the same experience as me over the past 1-2 years. There was another receptionist who took her place by the end of my session that seemed to be much nicer, however I did not have the privilege of interacting with her. 0/5

I came here for my BLS certification for nursing school and was shocked by how rude the receptionist was. The building was completely unmarked, so I called the provided number for directions. Instead of helping, the receptionist responded condescendingly, acting like I was stupid for asking. When I asked where they were relative to Centria Autism, she was like "It's right next to it!" in the meanest tone. Once inside, I asked about the CPR supplies and where to go to set up (as the AHA told us they might not be in the room), and she rudely replied, “What do you mean where are the supplies?” When I explained that the AHA informed us that we may have to get the supplies and go to a room ourselves, she snapped, “You don’t gotta ‘find a room.’” Frustrated, I asked if she could just take me where I needed to go, but she demanded I show her proof of what I’d been told, claiming, “Nobody has ever said that before.” When I pointed out her rudeness, she accused me of being “hyper about it” and denied any wrongdoing saying she's "not a rude person." I’m a kind, pleasant person, but I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional who seemed like she came to work to piss people off. Also, like someone else said, I received 32 TEXT MESSAGES before the appointment, which was ridiculous. This incident happened at 12:00 PM on January 21, 2025. I will NEVER return, and that receptionist needs to be held accountable—it’s clear this isn’t the first time she was nasty to people.

Went in this afternoon to get my BLS certification and was greeted kindly by the receptionist. That quickly changed and I was treated very poorly for the rest of my experience here. She would not give me the wifi password so I could join my zoom for my certification on time, and I expressed I was worried they would reschedule me since they made it very clear I need to join the zoom on time, and she responded with “I’ve been here for a while, I think I would know what I’m doing”. She also CLEARLY did not want to be there with the attitude she was giving, and after reading other reviews, I see I was not the only one treated this way. I was very disappointed with my experience here, as I am a future nurse who was looking forward to getting my BLS certification, but she made it very hard to enjoy. I hope this company reconsiders this receptionist because she is not giving them a great reputation, and I will not recommend this place to anyone getting their BLS certification. 0/5 stars.

I paid nearly $200 for a BLS class here, and the company blew up my phone all night texting me stupid reminders about the class. I was actively preparing for it, trying to get a good nights rest ahead of it. Meanwhile I get a text message at 2am, 3am, and 5am regarding different policies. This was so disruptive, and honestly rude. NEVER using ChoiceBiz again, as they are just a spam communication company.

I had to come here to do cpr check off and the receptionist was despicable. Terrible attitude, condescending, no smile or greeting and even scoffed at me because I showed up early (the instructor advised I get there early). Terrible customer service. Not even the bare minimum in my opinion. Absolutely awful. I’d give zero stars if I could.
