After paying for a mailbox for 2 years, I called to ask them if they could simply notify me if I receive a very important piece of mail after we moved (We did have mail forwarding set up but it's expired). They said there was no way they could do this. This was a very simple request, that would have taken less than one minute and I can't imagine not accommodating something so simple that was important to a customer.

I called today 9/1/26, and spoke with Berenice. She was polite and professional, but she was not aware of who manages specific areas, nor was she familiar with the referral program. This highlights a gap in training and communication. Regus should ensure their team receives proper development and alignment so they can confidently support customers and represent the brand effectively.

I email never received a response back and when talking to a person they had lost important mail and then when I replace it they tell it they indeed have it, Not organized at all.

I had mail highly important/ sensetive documents to this address and they have lost it, its very unprofessional. Very disappointed with their staff memebers (Jenaro tried to help no help was achieved)
