I email never received a response back and when talking to a person they had lost important mail and then when I replace it they tell it they indeed have it, Not organized at all.

I had mail highly important/ sensetive documents to this address and they have lost it, its very unprofessional. Very disappointed with their staff memebers (Jenaro tried to help no help was achieved)

They are forcing us to pay for the entire year, even though we signed up for month to month. They will trick you into a long term contract. We only rented for a few months but they are threatening collections if we dont pay. Horribly dishonest business practice.

I would advise you to stay away from this company due to its unprofessionalism. Their sales representatives make broken promises to entice you to rent and then disappear after you sign the agreement. Furthermore, the company's leadership is weak and lacks knowledge about their clients!
