Wow what a great place & concept. I have never been in a coworking space before but I assume this is best of the best. I needed a place to work for half a day and decided to just walk in. Carine was super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming and set me up in no time. The space was super clean and comfortable. I was just visiting, I wish I lived near one, will definitely be back if I come across another on future travels.

Great work space. A little pricey, but great location in Ferndale off Woodward. The space is clean, lots of work space options, complimentary snacks, coffee and friendly atmosphere. You do have to pay for parking on top of the expensive membership. Great option for those that can afford it.

Folio is a maintained, safe, and quiet place to work. Carine is kind and makes you feel welcomed into the space. You can grab the free coffee, tea, pop, and snacks anytime. Folio is the perfect well priced spot to work outside of the house. If you're unsure take a tour and see the space.

I've rented a conference room at both the Ferndale and Berkley locations and they are both excellent. Very nice, clean rooms with plenty of space and they have excellent amenities - coffee, cold brew coffee on tap, snacks, water, soda, etc. They are very friendly and accommodating as well.
