I’ve been an HQ tenant for just over 1.5 years and the overall experience has been amazing. Our HQ Center team, specifically Eve, has been front and center for any needs that come up. It’s comforting to know that if we have an issue or general question, the HQ staff is fast and responsive. A special thanks to Eve and the rest of the HQ staff for making our workday that much better!

This business is a scam. Their billing is unorganized and they charge you for nonsense. Ended my lease after 3 weeks of dealing with this companies bullshit.

EDIT: Just so everyone is also aware, they respond to these negative reviews and claim that someone reaches out--they don't. It's all for image. And the positive reviews--yeah, they are HQ employees. Rent here if you want, but be ready for what you get. They are charging me over $1200 in "standard restoration" fees when they don't actually do anything to "restore" the offices. That's over 80% of the monthly rent that I pay. Fraud. DO NOT RENT HERE! HQ/Regus are a complete fraud. They will change terms on you, charge you excessive fees, you will have "mistakes" on your bill every month for which they hope you don't catch. When you move out, they will charge you over 80% of your monthly rent in fraudulent "restoration fees." There is no restoring. They take a disinfectant wipe to the desk and that's it. There is nothing else. They're supposed to provide a free conference room, but they took that away. They are a joke. If you try to get any help because of IT or anything else, good luck. If you want to speak to someone in charge, I promise you that you never will. This company is a fraud.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions.
