The rented meeting room here has no air conditioning and it is extremely hot in here. The rest of the rooms are cooler but this one is terribly hot. Cannot work in that condition.

Joanna is awesome and always there for me when I need anything - when I forget my keys she always helps me out. Office is always kept very clean too!

The most important thing to be aware of is the RESTORATION FEE, which was not explained during the sales process and is charged per square ft. when you move out. It’s sizable in my case and was higher than the monthly rental cost, so make sure to factor it into your overall budget. Aside from that, the staff was professional and friendly and the interior office space was fairly new and well-maintained. However, the glass to the exterior entrance glass door has remained shattered for an extended period of time.
