Let’s go to the Kornr Store! This place is terrific. Located a few lots down from the iconic “Mama Akua’s Community House”, The Kornr Store is a refreshing take of what it means to be in and about community. The building is renovated and updated both inside and out. It’s not your typical grimy liquor store feel with few healthy options, instead it offers an array of snacks, ice cream, meals, drinks, soft liquor choices, and a self-serve digital coffee bar sure to please everyone. Beautifully made gifts and gift sets are available for purchase, as well as local made pastries and pre-packaged meals. The decor has hard clean lines and a bright finish, welcoming all those who visit. There are seats inside for a brief rest, as well as a patio available upstairs for co-working. The owner is such a delight. Plus punch cards allow for one to stack visits for rewards. I encourage everyone in the city to visit and see for themselves. It’s my favorite new Kornr Store!
