The key never worked after 5pm . I had to call a number the first time I needed to enter after 5, the person in the phone opened the door . Then I went next day before 5 to see whats wrong with my key. The lady told me that my key doesn’t work after 5 because I was supposed to book a desk in the app . So for the next time I needed to enter after 5 I booked the desk and again my key didn’t work. Again I called the number I called the first time I had this problem and I’ve been talking back and forth on the phone with some lady for one hour and I still can’t get in . All my stuff is inside . This is very inconvenient considering this is the most expensive coworking in town and the issue happened 2 times. I’m not renewing just because of this issue . update: I finally got in because another person who's key worked showed up but nobody on the phone was able to open the door. They had me standing for over an hour outside the door. This is not acceptable for a service of $300/month . Don't sell 24/7 office space when the door shuts down at 5pm , that's dismissing marketing.

Big shout out to the wonderful staff they have at this location! Kaylin and Elizabeth on the 3rd floor were very welcoming and told me all about the building, each floor and other WeWork locations. Thank you Anthony for showing me around most of the floors and giving me nothing but respect. Each floor was very clean and had a wonderful kitchen setup and more. I can go on and on but I am very satisfied from my experience and will for sure be happy to be back!
