I recently had the chance to tour Ballpoint Offices and was genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully the space is designed. Every office has a window, and the shared amenities are exceptionally well done, a beautiful boardroom for client meetings, a kitchenette area, and even a soundproof phone booth for calls. The building is spotless and clearly well cared for. You can tell the development team put real thought into every detail, right down to the Detroit landmark–themed wallpaper. For anyone considering office space in Corktown, it’s definitely worth a look.

I have my private office inside Ballpoint. The experience of entering the building is like walking through a portal into an oasis. I love working here and visiting the local shops and walking around historic Corktown.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription.
