If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced ongoing issues with misplaced mail on several occasions. Most recently, I called to ask if I had any mail, and the receptionist told me no. I explained that there had to be a mistake because I knew I was expecting mail. She initially said she could check the next day because she got off at 5:00 pm, even though it was only around 4:30 pm at the time of the call. After asking if she could please check before leaving, she agreed and called me back about 10 minutes before closing to confirm that my mail was in fact there. She apologized and acknowledged that this has happened multiple times, but at this point it reflects a larger issue with organization and customer service. This has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this business based on my experience. I’m looking forward to the end of my contract.

They are the heart of this location, always approachable, proactive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a fantastic experience for all tenants. From answering questions to handling requests, their professionalism and warmth are truly incredible. It makes a significant positive impact on my work environment.

Alysia LaVigne was terrible and rude. I will never refer her to anyone and I found a better realtor. If youre a good realtor you dont have to lie to your customers.

Great location, nice facilities with ink pod work areas in the common space. Devan & Wendy are great community managers and are helpful and friendly whether if’s printing or finding a good lunch place. Strong Wi-Fi, nice views and good coffee. What more can you ask?
