I wish I could give Regus ZERO star! Since the start I encountered issues with Regus and still am. Their management is the worst you experience in your life! I terminated my contract a year ago, but still receive invoices and late fees. According to the management the team is still working on it!!!! Insanely unprofessional!!! Stay away from them.

To say our experience with Regus has been poor is an understatement. From the beginning until the end there has been nothing but issues. Hidden charges and inability to contact management. We were warned by others of their practices and should have listened.

We rent out coworking spaces at various locations around the US and currently have memberships with 3 right now. We were members at a Regus location in West Palm Beach, Florida and had a great experience, the office staff in Florida were exceptional and very responsive. This location in Birmingham Michigan has been the most difficult to work with! Constant billing issues that don't get resolved timely or at all. Getting your security deposit back is near impossible. The building is lovely, with great amenities but everything costs something. Members who work there are not a top priority nor are past members. Terribly disappointed with the experience. I would not recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Regus - Birmingham - The Ford Building operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
