It was my team's first time here for our annual meeting and we were very impressed! It's a very sleek and modern space that offers so much. The staff is such a nice and accommodating group! I definitely recommend coming here if you have a small meeting.

I’ve been working out of Folio in Berkley for over two years, and it’s been an excellent experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the office space is comfortable and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t be better. The amenities make day-to-day work so much easier and enjoyable. I’ve been using Folio as my daily workspace for over a year and a half, and it truly feels like my home away from home. It’s cozy, quiet, and well maintained, with a team that’s consistently friendly and accommodating. Christina always makes sure members have everything they need—and she keeps the kitchen snacks well stocked! Compared to other co-working spaces I’ve tried, Folio is by far the coziest and most laid-back of them all.

I joined Folio six months ago as a way to get out the house, meet people, and be focused during my day. Folio has everything you need from drinks to snacks to office supplies. For open seating, there are multiple seating options each with a different feeling. I love that it is in downtown Berkley so it's easy to walk to take a break or to grab food. It's also been great to meet people and network. Finally, Christina who manages the Berkley location does a great job in making sure things are stocked and functional and always responds and addresses any questions or issues I have.
