I hate to complain about a business, I genuinely do, but this place was a big disappointment for me. For starters, my iced honey vanilla latte genuinely just tasted like burnt espresso. It had no flavor whatsoever. I couldn’t even drink it. Then, my croissant is the size of the palm of my hand. The picture speaks for itself.

The concept is cool but the area where you go with your dogs needs help. It’s dark and cold in the back of the cafe. You have to order through QR code so there was some mix up with our orders. And the dog treat was really hard. Coffee was good though

Overall service of me and my party was under expectations. Dog treat was too hard for my 15 year old yorkie. We asked to warm up a chocolate chip cookie and were denied because the server already gave it to us. There’s no way to ask for it warmed if you use the QR code to order via the Barkeasy.

Delicious drinks highly recommend to come here I’ve had their caramel lattes the Matcha and their hot apple cider all of which were amazing. Their food is also good. I enjoyed The ham and cheese croissant and the scones well worth it. I personally think this place is better than Starbucks by far.!
