Our company just had our EOS quarterly meeting at the City Office utilizing the Masonic conference room and we had an excellent experience. This was the first time our company had our meetings here and we will definitely use it again in the future. The conference room was clean, convenient and set up professionally for our presentations. Brett from the City Office was instrumental in making this event successful. Thanks to all the staff for their efforts, it is greatly appreciated!

I’ve had a membership at City Office for about two and a half years now. When I first started coming to City Office, it was almost surreal. The atmosphere was amazing and it felt like a living, breathing community. There were fun events, we had a dedicated community manager, and there was an excitement in the air. This place is NOT what it used to be. It’s like we’re an afterthought. I don’t know if management is incompetent or just unaware. We no longer have a dedicated community manager and things have declined rapidly as far as quality of life at City Office. Literally anyone could walk down here and work for free because 1. There is RARELY an employee working down here, and 2. The doors are always open. So frustrating.

I've been working from City Office for two years and have nothing but good things to say about it! It's right downtown with easy parking. Everyone says "I can't believe this is in Bay City! I didn't even know it was here!" because it's gorgeous inside. And I'm always meeting new people. :)

Love the office space! It’s well organized and professional, while remaining creative, and containing lots of energy! I also have to give big kudos to the Office Manager, Marjo. She’s super helpful and nice, and keeps the office alive. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

Love the wide open safe space for conducting business. All of the amenities are provided. The Office Manager is helpful and insightful. There is a great networking community as well!
At City Office, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with City Office, who is more than happy to help out.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with City Office.
