I lived here for 3 years and honestly loved it. The apartments are modern and well designed, the appliances are great, and mine had so much natural light which made a huge difference. The location is also perfect, especially being so close to the river park. What really made it special though was the Brunswick team. They’re genuinely kind, responsive, and just good people. You can tell they care. Thank you again for such a great experience

I lived here when it first opened and over 2 years later Sophia reached out and said they had some of my lost Polaroids and other things that another tenant had found. They not only shipped them to me but refused to accept payment for it. Truly remarkable demonstration of attention and kindness.

Life and Legacy Counsel Law Firm

Oct 13 2025

I leased office space in this building for my law firm for almost two years. My experience with management was ultimately very disappointing, especially regarding how they handled a significant security issue. I discovered that a master key to all the office suites on the first floor had been given, unknowingly, to another tenant, who then had copies made for their employees. I was never notified of this when the mistake was discovered, and if I hadn’t found out on my own, I have no reason to believe I ever would have been informed. As an attorney, that’s completely unacceptable. Protecting client confidentiality isn’t optional, it’s a legal and ethical duty, and I was shocked by how casually the situation was treated. When I informed management that I would be vacating two months early because of this, they acknowledged the error but said they did not believe early termination was justified and stated that their building’s security cameras were “sufficient.” That claim was inappropriate and concerning. Their cameras were not inside my office and would not have prevented or revealed a breach of confidential information. More importantly, it is not the landlord’s role to determine what level of security is adequate for a law office. That responsibility, and legal requirement, lies solely with the professional handling client data. When I later requested the return of my security deposit, I was accused in writing of creating a narrative, warned that the matter would be reported to various landlord agencies, and told that if I left a review, one would be posted about me in return. I found this response unprofessional and inappropriate. A landlord has a duty to correct their mistakes. In any standard situation, when a homeowner moves in or a new tenant takes possession, locks are routinely changed as a basic safety measure because others have a key to that home or office. The fact that this simple step was overlooked in a professional office setting raises serious concerns about management’s understanding of security and confidentiality. All of my communications with management were in writing and can be verified. This review shares my experience so that other professionals, particularly those who handle confidential information, can make informed leasing decisions.
