Hosting at BrightWorks was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and set up exactly as we had detailed. The technology in room was seamless and met all of our needs. The staff was very responsive and helpful from our first conversation until the end of the event. I would encourage all organizations to consider them for hosting events.

Highly recommend BrightWorks Forest Cove for your next event. The space has so many great elements: lots of natural light, outlets, TV screens, and ample parking. We worked with Ashley for the set up of the event, and she was fantastic to work with. Extremely organized and on top of things.

I hosted a Certified Tourism Ambassador training at BrightWorks Forest Cove and the experience was excellent. From booking the space to day of, I was taken care of and the BrightWorks staff hit it out of the park. The room had top of the line AV, we had no hiccups, and the Sweetwaters Coffee is a major perk.
