I’d highly recommend the Yarmouth Think Tank to anyone in the area. I rented an office there for a year and had a great experience. The space was always clean, the amenities were excellent, and there was plenty of coffee. Charles, the owner, was kind, responsive, and respectful throughout. The community feel was also a real highlight. People were friendly and happy to chat, and there was a nice mix of folks working in different fields coming in and out of the space. Overall, it’s a well-run, welcoming, and comfortable place to work.

Great place to work for a few days or much longer! Plenty of desks and equipment to use and a conference room, if needed.

Think Tank Yarmouth is a great co-working space. Bright, nicely decorated, clean and friendly! I had to drive from points south to way up north in Maine mid-week, and in order to make the long haul drive work around my job, I needed to drive part way in the morning, stop and work, and drive the rest of the way after work. Think Tank Yarmouth was the perfect place to work for the day. Their day rate is reasonable and they're not far from 95. I also took a lovely walk along the Yarmouth harbor at lunch. And when I unexpectedly had to join a big workshop on Zoom, they let me use their conference room without any notice at all, and they were so kind not to charge me for it, despite their usual hourly rate for the room. They could tell I was in an unexpected circumstance and stressed out due to the last minute changes. They have plenty of desks and monitors, there is coffee and tea available, and I just want to give them a shout out!

Think Tank Yarmouth has been a great place for me to use for meetings or quiet work time. They have equipment (keyboards, monitors, etc.) if you need anything, and the space itself is bright, clean, and functional.
