Claire and Bowen are incredible owners—responsive, accommodating, and consistently easy to work with. They genuinely care about their tenants and were always willing to be flexible as our business evolved. Deb, Kim, and Claire have all be wonderful to work with for the past few years that I’ve had a virtual office with EOC. It’s a great location with nice facilities and reasonable prices.
