I would not recommend if you have a disability or care about disability access. The representative immediately became rude and proceeded to berate me because of my disability after I identified it. They refused to identify themself or if they worked directly at this location or an outsourced call center to avoid accountability. Your experience might be different, but why would you risk it? CoworkingSOMD is a great alternative for those who are able to telework. Home internet was drained from gaming devices and streaming tvs this summer. And driving to Alexandria, VA would add an extra 2 hours onto my day. Would definitely recommend this option to anyone who needs the benefit of a quiet work space without the extra travel to a work office in the city.
