UPDATE: They eventually fixed the heating issue by putting a heater in my office. I commend them for handling the situation, just wish it didn't take a negative review for action to be taken. Upgraded the review to 3 stars. I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but this company has left me no choice. I am a tenant in 9701 apollo drive suite 100 office 21. We have complained about no heat in the office since the beginning of December. Every time we call they say the same thing "we'll put in the order and sent someone over right away" The office is freezing as I have to have a jacket on while in the office. As a result, I choose to work from home, so I don't freeze to death.
