This is a 5 floor office building and we've been down to one elevator for at least 6 weeks. Today there's a new TV in the lobby but I wish we had the second elevator back instead. If there at least was a way to use the stairs to get to my office I wouldn't complain.

On-site service was great. Billing, not so much. I rented an individual office that I barely used. I paid 2 months of rent in advance and a security deposit and now I have been charged $215 for a restoration fee which was taken directly from my business account. I barely used the office. I caused no damage at all. I never even hung one thing on the walls. There is absolutely nothing to restore or clean up for the next tenant. I was thinking about returning in the near future, but I will not. Very upset about this fee!
