***Update***
LocalWorks response below is nonsense. The bathroom was just one of MANY problems (never cleaned, neighboring office spaces using them). Problems incuded, but are not limited to: the main door lock being broken, windows blinds being broken, the office being 50 or 90 degrees (never inbetween) and many more. But the main problem was the noise. The noise is so bad, you can hear a pin drop from clear accross the space. And many, many people often shout and use their phone. If there is a meeting between two or more people forget about it, I would just leave for the day. I could clearly make out conversations accross the floor, from inside our office, with the door closed. The entire experience was awful. In six months we only ended up using the space a few dozen times and most of those days the noise got so bad, we left by lunchtime. Due to them gaslightling me and you, dropping the review to one star.
I could honestly write a novel about this place, but the TLDR is you really don’t want to rent from here. The experience was miserable, time consuming, and expensive.
There are only two reasons why I gave this place more than one star. 1. Because technically they did provide us with “office space” (by the Merriam Webster definition) and 2. I reserved my 1-star review for the lovecraftian experience that is the Olney CVS’ pharmacy...
There is a long version of this review that goes into the seven month odyssey that was our experience here (bathrooms left a mess for weeks, the complete lack of soundproofing, the neighboring offices that come in and out of Localworks unchecked, etc...) You really don't need to read it because you should NOT use this place but if you want to read more, check out my post on Nextdoor.
