I am a current tenant at Perfect Office Solutions’ Parklawn location, and I must say, I was initially hesitant to lease here because I came from Sola Salon and had reservations regarding the building’s cleanliness and standards. However, the rates are much better than what I was used to paying, and the building is managed very well. The front desk coordinator, Melat, and the property manager, Jasmine, are very friendly and helpful. The building, including the restrooms, is very clean. If you’re considering it, just do it.

I actually rented a unit in the building, and the services provided are very good. Everywhere is clean and neat. The ladies at the front desk are if great assistance, super friendly and professional. =)

I rent a suite here and I absolutely love it! I love how clean the building is kept and the staff is also very helpful. Melat the lady at the front desk is always so nice and helpful, she always welcomes everyone with a smile. I would recommend anyone thinking about renting an office space here to do it! Parking is conveniently located next to the building. My best friend and I both rent a space here and we don’t plan on moving any time soon :)
