The building is very clean, modern, and clearly well-maintained, state-of-the-art in both design and functionality. We rented a space here for our tech retreat, and the interior did not disappoint. The space itself was spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for our needs. However, our experience with the building management left much to be desired. When we arrived, we asked the building manager for assistance accessing our reserved area. He abruptly informed us that he didn't handle that part of the building and walked away without offering any further help or direction. His dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service were disappointing and definitely not in line with the otherwise high standards of the facility. Overall, the venue itself was excellent, but management could benefit from improved training in professionalism and support.
