Don't Lease or Rent here! I currently have an office here and the Regus  Germantown MD Office did an unauthorized charge for a large amount on my credit card close to 1,000 dollars per representative at their own help desk. When I brought it to their attention no one would help. This has disrupted my business. Don't be fooled by their nice sales tactics. Once you sign the agreement they will disappear  on you and send you online to navigate issues, even issues that's clearly their fault. Daliska Dickson- Vargas, Kevin Hall and Lakieya Hunt have been very unhelpful. Word to the wise never give them your card for Auto payments and they also store ones that you give for a single payment without your permission!  Stay away from Regus In Gaithersburg and Germantown, MD, Please  Refund my money Now!

Other than my issue with refund of security deposit, which was addressed, this place is amazing! Lakeiya is top notch in her support and the building / office space is meticulously maintained. Look forward to becoming a member again soon!
