I’ve been renting there for 4 years. The best part is they will allow service industry people. Which is hard to find, the main reason I’ve stayed. The people are mostly good people around the area and I’ve come close to some of the other tenants. Thats why I’ve given 3 stars despite the following issues. Throughout the time there they have had 6 different front desk people in the back room for “meetings”. So don’t let that be a bonus to renting here The really part is they have lots of mice, roaches, and various other bugs. Nice kept trying to come in my room to the point they had to put a mouse trap in my room. Roaches running in The counters in the kitchen. And tons of millipedes everywhere. The doors stay unlocked day and all night so there is no management of whose coming through the building. I’ve had things stolen from the kitchen. The parking REALLY sucks in this location too just keep that in mind. My last complaint is the owners, I don’t know much about them, but unfortunately they do no communicate with people, and they are very sneaky. They are due to close but they are not telling the people, even though everyone is already talking about it.
