The website and the way they do business stink. I signed up for a room AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CONFIRM MY RESERVATION. I CALLED THEIR NUMBER AND THERE IS A VOICE TREE THAT IS COMPLEX AND LEADS NOWHERE. THIS IS BS.
