I did a class in the Laurel location (my home location is Silver Spring). Aliya was fantastic in supporting the class and making sure we had what we needed. A great experience!!

3-Star Review: The office space itself is great, but today I experienced an issue with tardiness. The office was supposed to open at 9 a.m., but it didn’t open on time, which was a bit frustrating. From what I’ve heard around the office, tardiness seems to be a recurring issue. If the opening time is going to change, it would be helpful to communicate that on the website. In addition, the attitudes of the staff could be a bit more professional. A little more courtesy and attention to detail would really improve the overall experience. The office has potential, but I believe timeliness and customer service should be a higher priority.
