I had an excellent experience working with the property manager at Warespace Vohn. From the very beginning, he was very professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. He communicated clearly, addressed questions promptly, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure tenants felt supported. He consistently demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. I highly recommend Warespace to anyone looking for a well-managed workspace. Having a property manager who truly cares about their tenants makes all the difference, and it has been a pleasure working with them.

After speaking with Vohn Wright, General Manager at WareSpace, and having the opportunity to meet with him in person was a great pleasure of mines, not only did he went way and beyond to accommodate and provide me with all information needed to occupy a space at WareSpace but when I arrived onsite he went also went way and beyond to make sure I had a smile on my face before leaving the facility. His professionalism is one of a kind and I definitely look forward to continuous business with him. Thanks for everything, greatly appreciated.

The space is great, and we were impressed with the amenities and cleanliness of the property. We’ve been occupying the larger units here since it opened and are paying around $6,500 for 2,000 square feet a month. We’ve enjoyed operating at Warespace, but we quickly grew and needed more space, so we moved into the unit next door. However, since then, we’ve encountered several issues. First, the toilets are always backed up, making them unusable and causing a sewage smell. Our team has to walk up the first building to use the restroom since there are no stairs connecting the building. Second, the bottom floor has very few amenities. There are no meeting rooms, dining tables, or even enough coffee or tea. Third, packages are often misdelivered to the wrong area, prompting us to drive through the other part of the building to retrieve them, often in pallets. Some tenants have expressed frustrations with missing packages or things that might have been stolen. Lastly, management has allowed a unit tenant who also owns the auto repair shop next door to use the parking lot as a dump for their cars and trailers. One of their cars was not towed properly and fell on one of my employees’ cars, causing significant damage. Not only that, but they have occupied all the parking spaces, forcing other tenants to find alternative parking areas. Management has not addressed these issues and continues to allow the business next door to dump their cars on the lot. Other businesses have also expressed concerns about parking their trucks and operating their businesses in this space. We’ve sent numerous emails to their district manager, but we’ve received no response or any resolutions to the matter. It’s become a safety concern for our team and our business, and we can’t operate our business efficiently with how management has been operating.

Hello I experienced the worst customer service ever at the Alexandria Virginia location with an employee named Cody who opened this location. His approach was very car sales man trying to upsell me being very rude repeatedly asking me is it a budget issue and talking loud and abruptly. He engaged in back in forth combative behavior with me in front of other employees. I spoke with a manager and they sent him to go get some air. Cody kept saying ( I’m from New York this is how we do it) it just came off very disrespectful and aggressive not necessary concerned with my needs and my Bussiness. I emailed Michele Tate & V Wright no one got back to me. I spoke with Joseph Ely founder and COO three months later on 7/2/2026 and he just skating over the rudeness that Cody displayed. I also told him that Tim Eason came and was very helpful and handled it very professional, Joseph Replied saying ( Tim was never a employee with us, I said huh, he had a shirt on and was very good with his approach and customer service. He said anybody can pick up a shirt! ) that confused me and just was very weird to say from the founder!! Run RUN RUN and take your money else where BEWARE extra space storage customer service was sooo much better or get a lease through a we work office space but this company please do your research deep something is up with them and it starts at the top DO NOT GO THERE!
