Worst unethical company with predatory billing and agreement tactics. If you sign up with them once, they will find all the unethical and predatory ways to take your money and not let you leave them. It is about two weeks now that I have been telling them almost every day that I don’t want to extend my agreement for another year. I have three months left from my current agreement and don’t wish to continue with them, especially when they have doubled their price. But they say I need to pay them anyway for another year because they have already extended my agreement for one more year (3 months in advance without my consent or approval). There is nobody to talk to. Their main number always says they are closed. The communication is only through email, which is a repeat of the same thing that I’m responsible for paying them. When I tell them I never signed or saw any new agreement to approve it, especially with the price hike, they go quiet or repeat the same thing. Here are some samples of what other people say about Regus or now HQ.

Never go with Regus! My business partner and I are running a small online business. Because we work from home, he decided to rent a mailbox from Regus to have a professional address. After being with them for a couple of years, they suddenly decided to increase their price by 40% more, and to make sure they did not lose any of their current customers, they extended the agreement unilaterally for one more year with the increased rate without we even know about it. Now, good luck contacting them. The Regus customer service phone number on their website always says we are closed, and when we emailed them and told them that we have multiple months left with our current agreement and don’t want to sign up for another year, they just said, too back because we are already have signed you up for another year and you are responsible for paying for it. This is what is wrong with big corporations. They try to do everything unethical to squeeze small businesses and increase their income. We have already emailed local news channels about this matter; hopefully, they will pick up the story.

Advised that I did not want to renew my agreement yet it was renewed anyway. When I followed up for clarification, I received a response that the agreement will be terminated the end of next year. And the locked in renewal rate is almost double what I was paying previously.

Great admin staff, clean office and good location. BUT useless Technical support and inefficient management that fails to streamline the online account process. I have been with Regus since 2018. My account was set up for automatic payments and I was happily, with no issues, paying my rent on time since 2018. Regus changed the payment system, asked me to update the payment information, I tried, but failed several times, reported the issue, time passed in between and Regus charged for three late payments. My repeated efforts to discuss this matter with the management failed. Technical support is useless. There is NO way to discuss card payment related problems over the phone and every time you have a technical issue, you have to file it online, going through nonsensical options to file a simple inquiry. Office managers, especially Lisa, are great and one of the main reason I will stay with Regus for some time. But I am NOT recommending Regus.

I located my office at this location and had problems with internet connectivity as well as billing issues. The office crew took 6 weeks to resolve my internet connection issues. I felt targeted by this as I was the only tenant that had the connectivity issues. Additionally, they sent me demands for rent payment for the month after I provided notice not to renew the agreement even though I was not late that month. They billed me for fees that appeared to be made up after my agreement was signed and were never presented to me until I provided my notice not to renew. I could not finish my term over incident that took place which terrified me and did not feel safe being in the office. All and all this was a horrific experience. I will never take my business to this location or do business with this company as they were not at all responsive to any concerns I had. Recently my attorney sent mail to this office but was returned undeliverable. Does this company care about their customers, or do they just want to take your money and have you begging to get your deposit back? This company refuses to listen to their customer and does nothing to help resolve any issue raised by their customer. They take your money and tack on fees made up on the way out.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription.
