Do not use this business, avoid at all costs. Nothing at the space was delivered as promised, and then there were significant add-on fees that they are still attempting to charge in error. In the meantime, nobody calls me back or works to address any concerns. This is a company that has absolutely no integrity EDIT: I've reached out multiple times with no follow up from anybody from Regus. This is really one of the worst professional experiences I've ever delt with.

Stay away from Regus at all costs. Aside from quick access to a temporary office, everything else was completely terrible. The internet was no where near business class even though they charge extra for supposedly premium access. The hidden fees are outrageous as well. Overall one of the worst professional experiences of my career. It'd be more effective to work out of a dumpster. Editing to respond to the nonsense reply from Regus below...I tried to raise a ticket, but it was useless, now we are being charged a fee to "refurbish" the space, even though it was not refurbished prior to our moving in. You and your staff are all liars and it was a straight up bait and switch. Sam Millare is a liar!...don't listen to a word that guy says.

My name is Hashmi. I joined on September as new member and Ms King put a phone service which I told her next day that I only need physical phone and they don’t offer . I said her close the it.She mentioned to go in account and make a refund request so I did after three months Regus still chargers my account the service, No refund no customer support and no technical team reply to my complaints till today no resolution- very poor bad customer care and two staff members including Ms Zakhia were not able to resolve

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
