Scheduled an appointment to see this office. They had 5 available at the time but I was only able to see 1 office, which didn’t make sense. When I call the 844 number it kept going to voicemail and no one answered for about 30 mins. Mind you the “self tour” is for 30 mins. Needless to say I received a call after I had already left the building. So any questions I may have had was pointless to ask because I was no longer in the building. Fast forward I didn’t allow that to deter me from getting an office so I decided to tour another office and at different location. And again a waste of time but this was much worse. I don’t care how many people you come across, you should not make it a habit to waste people’s time. Long story short I drove 30mins to see another office at a different location of theirs and they were unprofessional to say the least. I was not able to see the office due to them having miscommunication on how to let people in the doors. I hope they can have a better way of showing their offices to potential renters. It’s 2023 just have a layout and pictures with 3D walkthrough instead of doing these half a** “self tours” where you either don’t get to see a office at all or you don’t get to see the one you wanted.
