Carr Workplace give you everything you need to get the Job done. Kyli and Celina are amazing employees and help with everything my clients and I need. They have office space, conference room and parking in the building. Located in downtown Bethesda and super close to the metro.

I’m so glad I work at this office space! The space is clean, comfortable and inviting. The front desk staff are extremely accommodating and work with you to meet your needs. The best part is they have fresh baked cookies on Thursdays. Would highly recommend renting from Carr Bethesda.

First of all, no one bothers to give me an actual tour and just shove me in some random room with super old furniture who later the leasing agent tries to let me know there is a restoration fee. The leasing agent who scheduled a phone call with me was late and told me she “forgot” - how professional. Spoke to her and then she sent me a leasing agreement with an extra $400 per month increase on top of the $1,800 she told me on the phone. Tries to sell me the flex office with old furnitures right next to noising meeting room. They are trying really hard to avoid me as a client. They got it. They tried to call security deposits “retainers” so they can keep your money. Don’t bother looking here.
