The staff are super nice. Feels safe and secure , nice decor, great kitchen , perfect location. I’ve been to a few cowork offices and this is one of the nicer so far.

I had to book a last minute, same day room for a very important meeting. The staff at Spark were exceptional! I came from out of town so I had the hardest time from the parking to finding the entrance and I literally had to run to make it. They went above and beyond and waited for me outside and guided me on the phone so I can make my meeting. At the end I even forgot to validate my parking ticket and one of the receptionists ran after me around the building with my parking ticket. The employer is lucky tobhave them and the clients are in great hands! Will be back any time I have the chance. A++

I really love working out of Spark. It's a high vibrational, inspiring place to work. The energy here really helps you be productive. It's well lit, has a few different working environments (bright office or muted with leather couches, for example) The great coffee selection is definitely a perk. You can bring your lunch and store it in the fridge or choose one of the many restaurants in the area. There's also a 7-11 for snacks. Overall, 10 out of 10 highly recommend 😁

It's a home away from home. Property management is so caring and very in tune with the tenants needs. Despite downtown parking, it's great.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Spark, who is more than happy to help out.

Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Spark.
