It's a home away from home. Property management is so caring and very in tune with the tenants needs. Despite downtown parking, it's great.

Sparks Coworking Space is an outstanding place to work. Deanna M. and Olesha are genuinely welcoming, attentive, and professional—they go out of their way to make members feel supported and comfortable. The facilities are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with great meeting rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and plenty of space for both focused work and collaboration. I have been utilizing their space for two years now and is my most preferred space in Baltimore. I look forward to the other Sparks facilities!!!

Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
