If you’re renting a space on the 6th floor. GOOD LUCK! The two ladies at the front are so rude if you don’t regularly rent out a space with them. Gave super condescending looks to my office everyday. One time I got there ahead of my office and they talked badly about us right in front of me for no reason😭. Going to work was difficult specifically because of the way I was treated here. The younger lady is ALWAYS talking on the phone with her friends it’s rude and unprofessional! Never able to assist us. They also charge you for basically breathing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPACE AT ALL!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was given a tour and told that if I signed that day, I would get a free month and I could start either this month or the next month, and I just needed to notify management. Well, I signed then reach out to management twenty days later saying that I want to start in a few days. I was told that my billing already started and that I am past due. They told me that there is nothing they can do about it. A good company would have honored their word and corrected the date, especially if their sales person made that mistake. Normally for business interactions, if you want to cancel, you give a three months notice, but for them, they make you pay out the entire contract even if you haven’t received your keys to your office or entered the building. While having the tour, Trina showed me multiple office spaces that were empty but could not be rented out, and that is because those individuals were tricked into getting under contract and canceled immediately, but their team is forcing them to pay for the entire year. That should have been the initial alarm. Other people have commented that the price they give you is lower than the price you are billed, which is correct. The bill they sent me is much higher and I don’t even know all of the fees that are added. None of this was mentioned in the contract. If you ever hear the names Trina Shanahan (the person who sells the office spaces) or Patricia (Patty) Otten (manager) RUN in the opposite direction. I canceled and my lawyer is contacting them about payment but I am leaving this review to warn everyone to look elsewhere for an office space. Trina manages a few locations, so if you hear that name elsewhere, RUN. They have majority bad reviews for a reason. I should have read the reviews prior to interacting with this company. Many other people have left reviews about their sales or management team getting them under contract through lies or manipulation, then their contract makes it impossible to cancel—it’s the perfect scam. Every negative review here is correct. If you are looking for an office space as a business professional, look elsewhere.

Our building was abruptly closed with only a few days notice, then we were told our mail would be forwarded to us. That did not happen and we are missing several employee licensing cards.

I can say this is a terrible place. It's not the building, the location is great. It's the business practices conducted and performed by (to my knowledge) Community Manager (the position may no longer be there) Dyllan Peterson (who may or may not still be at the location or in position) and City Manager Patricia Otten (aka Patty Otten (who may or may not be in the position)). The rental rates skyrocket at weird rates and times. Not only that, but you gotta pay for everything and I mean EVERYTHING. Want Wi-Fi? Money Want to print? Money Want to get coffee? Money Want to just use the space even though you have an office? BIIIG MONEY. But yknow...at least the views are kinda okay.
