Outstanding service. I was on my way to the location and discovered that they closed the store. Damn! We're back to having to wait in long lines at the UPS Store or driving out to staple. Damn!

Went to the store around 9:30a today and it was closed. Employee (didn’t get his name unfortunately) was walking past and let me know the store opened at 10a. Once he saw my disappointment, he asked if I needed a receipt. I said no and he offered to take the package, set it inside, and he’d take care of it. Watched him unlock the door and take the package in. He went above and beyond by taking my shipment before the store opened. Fantastic customer service! This guy deserves a raise.
