Please avoid. These people are corporate monsters who are lathered up and desperately trying to steal your money. “Virtual office services” at 729 East Pratt were unsatisfactory and not as promised by Regus sales employees. Importantly, Regus’ billing practices are unethical, lack integrity and are criminal. In fact, before my services even started I was sent a late bill for a bill that I had paid upon sign up! Additionally, I was sent a second notice which claimed October rent was somehow already overdue, in September. Furthermore, although I informed Regus that it no longer had my authority to access my bank account or to use my debit card to bill me, Regus nevertheless continued to do so – which is a misdemeanor in Maryland. The above stated conduct by Regus agents are not incompetent mistakes, rather, it is purposeful grift by design. Also, the physical space itself is small and mediocre. Clients must be buzzed in to enter and the building layout is confusing. Reception staff consisted of one person – so you better hope she is present or not busy when your client comes to meet with you. The telephone answering service should be free because it sucks. Regus is a horrible scam, don’t do it at any location – no matter how good it might sound. You will be better anywhere else. No stars.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
