My nephew had his 13th birthday party there. Thomas and Randy were the staff that helped us with the event. They stole the show! They provided ice, trash bags, and A/V assistance. This was the most helpful experience I have ever had at a rental hall. Both of them were kind, polite, patient, and never made us feel like a bother. The facility is also very clean and up to date. Wonderful experience.

This place is EXTREMELY unorganized. I attempted to book a space and was deposit ready for over a week. They only allow email communication and follow up ONCE a day regardless of how quickly you follow up. In my case, i would email twice a day some days. Very unprofessional, I requested one room and was told after several days of back and forth emailing, the space that I wanted was unavailable due to an ‘in house booking that the coordinator was unaware of’. Once I finally received paperwork/invoice for my cheerleaders event(after all this confusion) I was told that my event would have to be moved upstairs in a different space that had a higher cost difference contrary to what I initially requested. This was all because “the folks downstairs didn’t want to hold an event next “cheerleaders”. And of course, there was no price reduction or accommodation for the inconvenience. Just apologies and excuses. More administrative staff needs to be hired to service the community properly.
