Great place to hang and have great drinks

*ARTIST/CREATIVE BUSINESS STAY AWAY* *THE LANDLORDS are SLUM LORDS* These people are not for the people they will manipulate you into thinking there are running collective artist spaces when in reality they are trying to fulfill their own occupancy as much as possible due to refinancing the building. The Maintenance Lead staff is lazy, uncommunicative and hardly ever available. I have had studio neighbors harassing me I don't trust WhitePaws she is not a friend of the community. I was unreasonably terminated for burning incense in my studio space and this was not a breach of my contract and they claimed it was affecting their business when it was affecting mine. There is NO HEAT in the building at ALL, the bathrooms ont he 4th floor are always out of service. DO NOT LEASE A SPACE HERE ESPECIALLY NOT THE 4th Floor. THEY ALSO HAVE A MICE PROBLEM on every floor. This is not a space for community or collaboration just an old historic building wanting ATTENTION. THE landlords are SLUM LORDS
