We are not in Worcester. WHA does not abide by DHCD regulations! Arrogant management! They violate tenant rights, have no regard for privacy, asking for health info and entering a unit without a 48 hr notice unless there is an emergency per DHCD is not acceptable!!! Tenants don't know their rights, which is supposed to be relayed by their tenant org. and which WHA refuses to post!!!! Update 2023: Mike Reynolds allowed a dead rat to remain under my " bumpout" for over 2 weeks!. The putrid odor permeated my living area, and while I submitted a complaint to mgmt, (Tiffany Schlapia-a real trip!!! Guess that's how entitled Keith got his job at LHA!) and Shavalic. I contacted maintenance several times, the Board of Health and even Peter Proulx, the COO of WHA, the dead rat has yet to be removed! Update.. Skeleton removed just before LHA took charge! This is harassment and ELDER ABUSE!!!! This is a lease violation - no "enjoyment" of unit and is a suable Torte! WHA punishes those who complain! Schlapia issues Notices to Quit when she feels like it!!! =>PTSD!!. 6 months after knowing my son tragically died!!! 2x PTSD!!!! A very sick, arrogant person!! Mgmt has also chosen to use energy grant $ for "splits" when the problem is heat escaping from the rollouts! Now there is no money to replace the rollout windows! Again, didn't listen! ARROGANT!!! Also, unfinished smoke shelters, so where did the money go? Thank goodness, they are leaving here (!!!) Oct '23 and Leominster is taking over! (Woops! =>) (2025-26) Well, Leominster isn't any better due to the manager, Moe, who needs an anger management course! Tenants don't like his behavior!

They are fast very helpful

They can catch a person throwing out garbage and charge them for it but won’t investigate a shooting on the same cameras. They don’t take action against neighbors who are loud and blare their music until 4am, do not rent from them

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At MA, Worcester - Norwich St, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with HQ.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with HQ, who is more than happy to help out.
