Can’t list all the kind acts Shaton the manager extended to me . She’s compassionate , but runs a tight ship . She’s dedicated to finding the best storage scenario for you . She gives it her all !

Sales Manager Michael is a professional liar. Too many hidden fees to list in a review. Good luck getting your retainer deposit back without a lawyer. Would not recommend to even my worst enemy. Seek office space elsewhere.

An amazing gem of industrial park with parklands. My son was determined to find remnants of the old Pleasure Island amusement park and he was thrilled

Do not use this venue to host any event! You can get a Marriot conference room for cheaper and much bigger space. What I find most unacceptable is the fact no one communicated with me about the full cost before I proceeded with the reservation. When I contacted the center to make a reservation for their conference room, I received an invoice for $164, I thought this was going to be the full cost of booking the room, so I agreed and made the reservation. Two days later, when I asked if the conference room could fit more than 10 people, I was told there could be additional charge for Saturday booking. I was surprised, but I agreed to an administrative fee of $108 since it is a weekend booking and people had to come out for that. In addition to this fee, I was also told the room rate would be double what I signed up for ($164 x 2). This is not what was advertised on the website, so I asked about it and I was told they need to check with the corporate office. However, I did not hear back from anyone until I was billed after the event on Saturday the 14th. I was handed a bill for $405. On top of the original $164 room charge, the administrative fee was $143 instead of the aforementioned $108, a $20 unlimited coffee/tea charge, and a $77 charge for going over my booked time slots. Throughout the whole process, no one ever communicated with me about any of these possible charges or what the office would provide for a fee. I even brought my own snacks and drinks, but I was still charged. I rent a day office at downtown Boston with Carr workplace, and they always tell me upfront what the full cost is. They never surprised me with a last minute bill like this. I'm a local small business owner and I was looking forward to hosting more events at this location, but this was not a good first experience for me at all.
