Office is nothing similar to what’s portrayed on the Regus site. They use stock photos not even remotely close to what you’d actually get. If you’re looking for a coworking space, this isn’t it. There actually isn’t any coworking space here. If you’re looking for a standard private office, this might be fine for you. Information like this would have been helpful when corporate spam called me after I booked my appointment online, but instead they sounded confused why I was even calling when I called them back. The manager informed me they’re too large to have photos for all locations (strange for a company that’s business is to rent out the spaces they don’t have pictures of). I found another reputable company that provides accurate photos and even floor plans upfront for similar price points. Response to their response: not like this company doubling down on their misleading advertising 😂 when you go to the link provided those photos are nothing close to this location and are in fact stock photos.

I have nothing but positive comments about my experience with Regus. Nicole and Wilmary are the best. If I ever need anything, they are immediately responsive. They are also very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Regus to anyone who needs their services.

Predatory company. Regus does not let you cancel (I've tried for 2 years!). The also changed pricing mid-contract, implemented an 'automatic renewal' with a change of contract terms, and increased pricing almost double. When I disputed the change of contract terms, they charged late fees greater than the monthly cost. Also, customer service can be straight up nasty and will not answer questions directly. Update: After they agreed to end my contract if I paid the back balance (~$360 "rent" + ~$425 in late fees), they renewed the contract anyway! Who does this?! Ridiculous!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Regus - Quincy – Braintree Center operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
