I had a fantastic experience at this Office Depot! The staff were super helpful in finding everything I needed, and the selection of office supplies was impressive. I also loved the quiet atmosphere, making it easy to shop without feeling rushed.

Absolutely horrible company to do business with. Do not rent from these folks. Billing is horrific. Zero Customer Service. I made the mistake of trying them a second time and had same results.

I do not recommend Regus. I rented a workspace with Regus, and without my knowledge, they canceled my agreement. When I called to cancel, I was surprised to find it had already been terminated. Then, without my request, they reinstated the contract. When I tried again to cancel, they told me I had to do it online, but their system wasn’t working — I couldn’t log into my account because I never received the verification code. The representative admitted their system was having issues. After multiple conversations, I was finally told my agreement would end on May 31st with no additional charges. However, today (May 12th), I called just to confirm everything was set, and shortly after the call, I received an email charging me for two extra months — which they had renewed without my consent — plus a late fee for a payment I wasn’t even aware of. I was then told I’m not obligated to pay, but the account will be sent to collections. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Be cautious if you're considering using their services — communication is poor, systems are unreliable, and their billing practices are questionable.

I came in looking for some info for a private office to work in for a month or two. I have some projects that I want to work on in a quiet place with no distractions. I wasn’t too sure if I was going to get an office here until the community manager Peeta showed me an office with a big window and a great view. It was perfect. I decided to sign up on the spot. Peeta was very professional and he handled the setup seamlessly. I have my key cards and I am ready to go. I am very happy with my experience here and I would recommend Regus - Peabody highly with 5 stars and Peeta the community manager with 5 stars also
