Bad experience. Although the local staff (Moises and Jade) were very diligent and professional, I cant say the same about their Corporate Headquarters. To start, the walls are so thin that you could hear absolutely EVERYTHING your neighbor does or talks. So privacy is almost 0! READ your lease very well. They have fee’s that are not disclosed to you verbally. They also have an absurd clause that quotes a specific rate for the restoration fee (fee that is paid at the end of your lease) but it also mentions that this fee can change at any time without the tenants’s knowledge. My fee went from the $200’s up to $672 or something like that, so I paid almost triple the amount that it should have been and there is nothing you can do or say to get around this. Not a single camera on site or even outside. The contract reads that you are supposed to receive your deposit back within 30 days of vacating the property. It took them over 60 days to give me my money back. Corporate does not care about client satisfaction, gladly for them Jade and Moises have great customer service, otherwise my review would have been 0 star. I will never do business with Regus again!

Extremely Disappointing and Untrustworthy Company – Avoid at All Costs I strongly advise anyone NOT to do business with HQ/Regus in Framingham. The way they operate is misleading, manipulative, and borderline abusive. When I signed the contract for a virtual office, I had a clear agreement with their representative, Moisés. We both agreed I would not need mail handling or mail forwarding, and he even told me “I’ll deactivate it for you” — which turned out to be a lie, or at best, a shady sales tactic. Despite that agreement, I was charged not once, but twice, for mail handling services I never requested, approved, or used. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid the $35, but being charged again in the same month for the same useless service was unacceptable. I even have recorded phone calls with one of their staff where we clearly agreed my final payment would be in July, and after that, the contract would be done. And yet — they kept pushing charges. This company squeezes every dollar from you without offering real value. They bury you in hidden fees, unclear terms, and false promises. It’s all about how much they can extract from you, not about delivering honest or transparent service. If you want to avoid headaches, stress, and feeling robbed — STAY AWAY from HQ/Regus Framingham. They are not transparent, they don’t honor verbal agreements, and in my opinion, they act like professional scammers with a corporate front.
